By filling in  the inquiry form the users allows the company Hotel Aleksander d.o.o. as its administrator to keep, maintain and process, until the user's cancellation, a personal data file in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (Official Journal of the Republic of Slovenia no. 86/04 and 67/07). The administrator guarantees personal data protection according to the law. The personal data file administrator can process collected personal data for the purposes of informing the user about the offer, services, news and changes at Hotel Aleksander.

The administrator undertakes not to forward the data to third parties. During its administration of personal data users have the right to examine, copy, complete, correct, block and erase personal data in the personal data file, in accordance with the regulations in force.

The administrator undertakes to process and protect the data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.
